A ground mixture of whole pork carcass 60%, whole fish 30%, and seasonal veggies 10 %. The beef consists of muscle meat, fat, organs, glands, blood, and bone. The approximate ratio of the pork component is 70-80% muscle meats and fat,10-15% organ meats (5% liver , 5-10% lung, kidney, glands, pancrease, splean), and 10-15% bone.
