Beef Bone Broth (800 ml)
We use long-simmering of beef bones to make this delicious food topper. We use a variety of the bones from our animals to ensure a well round broth. eg. shank bones, rib and neck bones and joints. Our cooking time is 30 to 40 hours.
And a few words about bone broth and some benefits.....
- Many soup bones contain cartilage, which converts to gelatin with a rich source of amino acids like glycine that enhances detoxification. Cartilage is also a source of chondroitin sulfate which helps heal arthritic joints.
- glycine is known to inhibit the immune system and reduce activation of inflammatory cells in your body. Whether you are trying to heal from an infection, address an auto-immune disease, or reduce inflammation caused by neolithic foods or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, high levels of dietary glycine are critical
- Bones are a rich source of minerals. Not just calcium, but also magnesium, phosphorus, silicon and sulfur which are essential to health.
