  • Raw muscle meat, often still on the bone or ground up with the bone
  • Raw bones, either whole or ground
  • Raw tendons, fat, lungs, heads, feet, glandular systems
  • Raw organ meats such as liver, kidneys and tripe
  • Raw eggs
  • Steamed or raw ground sea vegetables like broccoli, spinach, celery, kelp, parsley
  • Raw ground apples, blueberries and other fruits
  • Some dairy, such as yogurt or kefir
