We use long-simmering of beef bones to make this delicious food topper. We use a variety of the bones from our animals to ensure a well round broth. eg. shank bones, rib and neck bones and joints. Our cooking time is 30 to 40 hours. 

And a few words about bone broth and some benefits.....

  • Many soup bones contain cartilage, which converts to gelatin with a rich source of amino acids like glycine that enhances detoxification. Cartilage is also a source of chondroitin sulfate which helps heal arthritic joints.
